Compass Rose Creamery is a small, artisan creamery in Sleepy Eye, Minnesota, making fresh cheese curds in small batches with real ingredients. The compass rose has always pointed travelers home — and that's the spirit of what we make. Curds are a Minnesota tradition, the thing you reach for at the fair, the tailgate, and the backyard get-together, and we're proud to make ours by hand, right here in the heart of dairy country.
You'll find us at the Mankato and New Ulm Farmers Markets, available for pickup in Sleepy Eye, and on the menus of local restaurants and taprooms. We're just getting started — come find us and taste the difference fresh makes!
