A little smoke, a little heat. Smoky chipotle gives our fresh white cheddar curds a warm, slow-building kick that's made for a cold drink and good company. Bold enough to stand alone, dangerously good fried.

Made in small batches with rich cow's milk from a 5th-generation family farm in southern Minnesota — crafted the old-fashioned way, with that signature fresh-curd squeak.

Ingredients: Pasteurized milk, salt, cultures, rennet, chipotle peppers. Contains: milk.
